A friend of mine has this crock. I put the pot on the sink to wash and the pot cracked. She hadn't had it that long.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Crock Pot

Love my 5.5qt Crock Pot Slow Cooker. I just used it for the first time and no problem with the 6hr high temperature setting. After the 6hrs. it automatically went to the warm the setting. I hope to use it for a long time and make more delicious meals.

I have had this crock pot for a number of years now and still love it. It still works perfect and cleans up real nice. No problems of stoneware cracking.

Lid Shattered!!!

My wife has used this model extensively (couple times a week for several years) and tonight the lid shattered. We were both in the room and heard it go pop. We looked and the handle had fallen in a crater in the center and the rest of the glass was still holding together but all tiny pieces like when a car windshield goes (tempered glass). Interestingly, there were very little shards of glass around it. They either mostly fell in or were not created as the glass was tempered. As an engineer, I considered this a decent failure mode. We'll probably just get another one :)

Love this thing

I have had mine for at least 4 years and love it. I recently dropped the stoneware pretty hard in the sink and it cracked, but I love this cooker so much I refuse to buy a new one and I've ordered the replacement stoneware instead. It's so easy to use and I really like the locking lid for when I'm moving it around.

My son and I both have this product. Mine is the smaller version. They do not cook the food. Baked beans did not get done. Raw vegetables never get done. I had a roast potatoes and carrots in pot on high all day. I kept resetting and they were not done after 10 hours. The covers do not seem to fit. Please advise. I always used my old one but broke liner. Please advise

I’ve had my crockpot for a couple of years now and use it frequently , and I actually have 2 of this model..one at home, one at the camper. Today I just discovered though that the inside has a horizontal crack (not all the way through though). However I cannot find a replacement piece?!? Service..can you help?!?!
