[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were building our new home on the lake in McCormick, SC. When it came to selecting the range, or cook top, we visited a lot of appliance show rooms. We decided on gas burners and electric oven--the duel fuel system. After looking at all the big name brands of commercial ovens, we were more impressed with the 36 inch duel fuel commercial Kitchenaid range than all the rest. We love this unit...it cooks great. We had to convert it to LP gas but with the kit provided and the instruction, we did it ourselves. A real important feature on our Kitchenaid that a lot of the commercial units do not have is the oven working on a timer. We had to have this feature, because on Sunday we love to put our roast in before we go to church. We come in from church...our roast, potatoes, carrots, celery and done to perfection. This is one great cooking machine--it will make you proud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my KitchenAid 6-burner 5 months ago. I love the different size burners. I was concerned the glass control panel being on the top near the heat and keeping it clean. I lock the control panel before wiping it, no problems. Love the huge oven. Easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Preparing Christmas dinner this year was a very enjoyable project compared to my prior range. Plenty of room to cook with instant heat and the oven was right on the money. The only issue was the oven shelves did not slide easily. The more weight the harder to slide. This is an excellent choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new range. The only option I see for improvement is that ALL the burners should have a simmer option. As a Chef, you reserve the back burners for simmering (stock, soups, etc), so you can focus on items on the front burners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance is quite lovely in the kitchen and makes quite a statement, however, it is very slow to preheat and you have to be patient to not put items in the oven before the preheating is completed - doing so slows it down even more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put our oven/range to the test during Thanksgiving and had all 6 burners going along with a 20 lb turkey. Everything worked out great. We only wished that the exhaust fan was quieter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is truly professional quality stove! The heat comes on quickly and smoothly. Chesnibg is easy too. I used to own a Viking stove so I can compare the two and as of now, the kitchen aid is better than Viking.
