It worked great - and then it didn't...

Had for 2 years. Really love the oven and the stove. Burner layout is good, but the black drip pans are a bit hard to clean and can't come out to be washed. What is really nice is that, when the oven is running, even at 450 deg - the top stays cool and the door is warm, but won't burn little kid's hands. I backed the stove up against a reclaimed wood wall, and was pleased that the wall stays cool, even after cooking a turkey!. Nice design.
However, after 2 years, the burner lighting system is going haywire, and I will have to pay for repairs, since the parts are covered under warranty, but NOT the labor. So the KitchenAid warranty on this oven sucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this stove. The convection feature is great. I love having 6 burners so cooking for the holidays is easier

Noisy oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our new oven, but we were also surprised how long it takes to preheat. We also had problems shutting the oven door hard enough to continue cooking, but learned how to correct that. But what we can't get used to is the loud blower in the oven. It's so noisy , we can't hear the TV in the next room. We didn't know about the noise when we bought it, but otherwise, we're happy with the oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my second appliance in only two months after the first one had to be replaced due to faulty touch panel / circuit board. The replacement range's touch panel is ultra sensitive which could lead to premature wear. (Detects hand approx 3 - 4" above panel!) The burners are too high and need adjusting, too. Btw I've got a 3-month old kitchen aid built in microwave / oven combo that recently displayed error messages. (Guess I'll be writing a review soon on it.).

I love this range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range as an upgrade from my 25 year old cook-top with four dinky burners during a major kitchen remodel. This is a beast! With 2 - 20,000 BTU burners I can now use my wok properly. The 3 - 15,000 BTU burners handle must of my cooking chores and the 5,000 BTU burner is perfect for simmering or keeping things warm. We've used the oven using both the conventional and convection modes and everything has come out exactly spot on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok - now this can be a wonderful range. My issue is less than five years of ownership in a family home - the enamel on the oven door has chipped. Poor quality workmanship
At least this occurred before I remodeled our family vacation home. I can look into other brands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it in April, installed in June had it converted to LP gas. Love the range cleans up beautifully. Love the range top options, with the large and small burners and the simmer options are fantastic. Have used the broiler, you have to get use to how quickly it cooks. I love it and would buy it again.
My only regret was I wanted a gas range and oven and duel fuel is the only option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned our range for a month and so far the gas cooktop works great, the electric oven has yet to cook anything correctly. Frozen food this taking twice as long to cook then recommended. I have yet to cook anything raw in it as I don't want to take a chance of it being undercooked. For the price I would expect it to work better then it has.
