Great little machine

After looking at 5 or 6 different bread machines and reading reviews I decided to buy the Zojirushi even though I can’t pronounce it. I’ve had it for a few years and have made 30 or so loaves of delicious bread 🍞 it’s never let me down. When I take my bread to family dinners, people rave about it. 1 tip: After 10 minutes of mixing a little bell will sound and it’s then that I’ll add a half teaspoon of butter-flavored olive, a tablespoon of butter and a little salt. Or, if you’re making a spicy loaf you could add chopped jalapeños or cheese. Sour cream is good too

My Zo is at least 12 years old and still works well! Between Thanksgiving and New Years I bake 10 loaves of bread for friends. They look forward to it every year and the sincere compliments flow my way!

I bought an older model 4 years ago, and have been making fresh bread ever since.
Buy a loaf from the store and see how long it lasts. Make your own and it will last half the time.
Why, because there is nothing else added. It’s fresh and natural. And the bread machines that this company makes are premium quality. I could not be with out it. I’m in the process of buying a second one just for that reason

Horrible Corrosion on brand new unit

Bottom of Inner Pan Corroded within two weeks of receiving with NO moisture exposure. The pan was washed and dried thoroughly twice and still corroded so ridiculously quickly. Buyer beware. You will get zero help from Zojirushi with this issue despite the fact that the unit is brand new. Very disappointing.

This machine was not usable for us at all. Heaven forbid you don't put in the bread long enough, you will just get the HOT error and won't be able to bake it longer. Then you get collapsed bread. The dough never came together in the mixing and overall it just didn't work. This thing only produced hard subpar bread when following other recipes.
