I am in love!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes. Not ashamed to say it. I LOVE this machine!! I received this from TryIt Sampling to review and I am so glad i did. Fresh bread every day!!! It has been wonderful. Entire family loves it!
This is a Z OJIRUSHI Home bakery supreme bread maker. Model: BB – CEC20 Black and silver. This machine makes bread classic way and also a Quickway. Also makes jams, cakes As well as sourdough bread. Extremely easy to use. The instruction booklet is very thorough and also has a lot of recipes in it. It also comes with a DVD that also explains in detail how do use The bread maker.
We have made bread in it every day since we’ve received it. I started out first with the classic bread. And it was finished I got a wonderful high loaf of perfect bread. Not dense and not so fluffy that you feel like you’re eating air. I then tried the Italian herb loaf. Which I must say is my favorite. Family loved it as well. I also made a chocolate cake. That turned out to be a bit dryer than I wanted but I think that was because I set the crust level two medium instead of light and it cooked maybe A bit too long. Put Some frosting on it and it was still a delicious cake. I am actually making cinnamon raisin bread in it now.
Overall I can’t say enough good about this bread maker. I had always wanted one but never took the plunge and bought one. I am so glad I was able to receive this. If you were on the fence about buying a bread maker don’t be. This is worth every bit and more. Clean up is super easy. It’s really quite quiet even in the kneading stage. and the house is filled with that beautiful aroma of freshly baked bread.
Don’t walk to the store to buy this. Run!!! The best investment you will make and your family will love you for it.

Multiple Cooking Options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Home Bakery Supreme Bread maker to test and review. I love that I'm able to do multiple ways of cooking using only 1 machine. I can make any flavor of a traditional shaped loaf up to 2#. I can also make pizza or flatbread dough. This bread machine even allows me to make jams/jellies or even bake a cake!! The bread machine let's you program 3 different bread making cycles & it also has a delay timer you can use I like that it comes with a Instructional DVD so you can watch how things are done.

I first bought a BB-CEC20 ABOUT 10 years ago..it is still being used today. We typically make a few loaves each week. The recent purchase was for my daughter and family, who tell me my bread is the best bread they ever ate. I typically add about 40 g more of water to my bread recipes than in the manual. In addition I make additional recipes I have “created”, modified and acquired.

I received this as a gift about 14 years ago now, and other than needing its bread basket and beaters replaced, it is still going strong. I could not recommend this bread machine more highly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely so impressed with this bread maker! As a complete bread lover, this is perfect for me! Because who doesn’t love fresh homemade bread? I love the ease of use, and how simple it is to operate. Big screen display. Also, the instructions are clear, easy to read and understand. When making different types of bread it is crucial that you pay close attention to the measurements, to ensure your bread comes out the way it should. If not, you may not be too impressed by the results. Take it from me, it took a little bit of trial and error to realize this! Baking is pretty specific for the most part. The maker comes with a measuring cup and a scoop for precise measurements. Also included, is a complete recipe booklet for making some very delicious breads! It even has a course you can do for making jam! Not to mention gluten free recipes for those who are allergic/intolerant. I don’t even buy bread from the store anymore, there is literally no need to! So very happy with this bread maker! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this bread machine! It is very well made. The bread pan itself is made of metal that doesn't bend or dent. The bread machine is very quiet while baking the bread. It fits easily on your counter even with the lid lifted. The bread is absolutely delicious and perfectly made. Clean up is an absolute breeze. If you love making bread, you can't go wrong with this one. I highly recommend!

Bought this a year ago and it works great. I tend to make 1 lb loaves, and while everyone says that isn't recommended, my loaves come out excellent. I use recipes from a bread machine cookbook and halve the 2 lb measurements. I'm at 5000 ft elevation - When using store-brand yeast, I reduce per the local extension service recommendations....when using SAF yeast I do not. I also always add 1 Tbsp of flour extra (for a 1 lb loaf).
I find the included manual a bit confusing. It's also strange that the machine has the same completion time no matter if you want light/med/dark crust.....I guess when you choose dark it uses a higher temp.

Just bought my second Zoj after replacing a 2002 model. Tried another cheaper brand of bread machine which worked not so well for 6 months. Got tired of that and went back to the Zoj . What a joy and what good bread!!!!!!!!!!!
