Great bread

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this bread maker! It did great with my first loaf and I am so excited to try the other features. Make meat loaf and jam and all the other bread recipes! So versatile and so many options!

Amazing bread machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use. This machine comes with two paddles to make sure it gets a go mixing to break up the Gluten. It has a timer on it so you can put ingredients in and set the timer so it makes the bread later on in the day.
It has a preheat stage that allows for all ingredients to come up to same temperature before it starts to mix and knead them. It took about three and half hours to make a loaf of bread.
The Alarm to let you know to add items like raisins to it is loud and last around 30 seconds. To remove the pan you tip it toward yourself then lift it out. You can make desserts or homemade jam in it also. There is also an option to make like meatloaf in it. You can chose to do a basic bread or a quick bread. The difference is the yeast it uses and time to make it. This machine will also let you make homemade dough for pizzas or calazones.
The bread machine comes with a DVD to show you how to use it. It also comes with a booklet that walks you through everything. In the book it has a good amount of recipes for bread, from white to wheat to pumpernickel. It also teaches you how to start a sourdough starter. I am highly impressed with this bread machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bread maker was fairly easy to use. It’s going to take some practice to get better at making the bread. I am anxious to try my hand at making some of the other recipes that came in the booklet. It will be great time to make with my daughters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Home Bakery Supreme Breadmaker is such a neat product. I had never had a bread maker before and I am so happy I have one now. I can make wheat bread, white bread, sour dough bread, or even gluten free bread. I can make pizza dough, rolls, and even soft pretzels. What I love most is that an instruction booklet with recipes comes with the breadmaker. Instructions are easy to follow and provide step by step directions to make the perfect product. Most of the breads I have tried were done in just over 2 hours. There is a large window that allows you to view the baking cycle. Cleaning is easy and it comes with an instructional DVD. My family just loves all the delicious breads I can make for them now.

I am so impressed by this bread machine. It does the best with mixing the dough, so elasticity I just could not believe :) I have made the half & half bread dough twice now. Been making it for yrs. I use grams, because I use stone wheat and it weighs differently than other wheat flours. This is the first time I have weighed in grams, have always weighed in ounces before. I am just using the dough setting cause I make two loaves, bake in oven. We just prefer it this way. I also use canola oil instead of butter but the bread comes out perfect. So very impressed by this bread maker, wished I didn't wait so long :0)

We understand that measuring ingredients can be tricky, and that's why we recommend using a kitchen scale to ensure your measurements are accurate. If you don't have a kitchen scale, you can fluff the flour using a fork or whisk, spoon it into the measuring cup, and level it off without tapping or shaking the cup.

It makes Bread

Bought this unit in January of 2021. Had a couple of other makes prior to my 45 years of making bread. They are all different. I've read other reviewers that had a lot of issues with this machine. First off i only make bread, buns and or bagels in it. I know you can do more, and if you clean the pan properly you shouldn't have issues. NEVER use scouring pads of any nature on the pan unless you want to buy a new pan soon. The non-stick coating isn't heavy on the pan. It comes off, even when only making bread. I'll need a new one soon. Generally i make two loaves a week. That's well over 300 Loaves so far. Honestly, i have no idea why you want to make jam or meatloaf in this machine. Sounds messy. We have a Kitchen Aid for such things.
Its a pain to clean on the inside. I use a little vac for that. So there you have it. As far as bread recipes are concerned, trail and error sometimes. I use the standard settings but not the amount of ingredients they suggest. The bread doesn't seem to turn out for me.The type of water you have plays a role, the temperature of the water also. Read up on what each ingredient does when you add it to the flour. Sugar doesn't do what most people think it does. It helps when you know these things as you make bread........Happy bread baking
