I am extremly happy with my Zojirushi bread machine. It hs made my life easier! The hardest thing for me was the programming and I had to find a video on Youtube to follow to get it set up correctly. I blame my age on not being tech savvy.

Hello, thank you for your review. A sunken loaf usually indicates too much yeast, sugar or water, too little salt, or high altitude. If you are measuring ingredients by weight, please try reducing the yeast by 1/8 to 1/4 tsp and use cold water.
