I am extremly happy with my Zojirushi bread machine. It hs made my life easier! The hardest thing for me was the programming and I had to find a video on Youtube to follow to get it set up correctly. I blame my age on not being tech savvy.

I've only used it a few times but so far so good. If I can figure out how to get the bread to stop falling in the middle I think I'll be good. It does everything a advertised.

Hello, thank you for your review. A sunken loaf usually indicates too much yeast, sugar or water, too little salt, or high altitude. If you are measuring ingredients by weight, please try reducing the yeast by 1/8 to 1/4 tsp and use cold water. Sensational. I am incredibly please that I purchased this bread maker. It is very user friendly. I have made numerous loaves already. Will be trying jam tonight and cake at a later date. This machine makes your life very easy. The cook book included gives great recipes and tips.
