Frigidaire Microwave Model # FFCT128LS

I purchased my first one about six years ago. It fit the space I had built perfectly. It lasted about 3.3 years. I purchased the 2nd one, exactly the same model, it lasted just over two years. Today I had to buy another Microwave....I will never buy a Frigidaire again. The old Microwave that was put into the house in 1980 was still working. I replaced it with my first Frigidaire. Do not buy a Frigidaire Microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In less then a month after replacing a less then 2 year old one... the same model has stopped hearing good/died. I really want to love this product because it heats so quickly and has awesome features but I can’t (insert tear emoji)

Looks Great!!! But Performance

I purchased a newly built home that came with all Frigidaire appliances. My husband was not impressed because none of them were high end appliances. The stove did not heat. It was called in and replaced. Now Microwave which is not 2 months old doesn't heat...this is not good. Don't buy it.

Died After 6 Months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this microwave new with our house, and after 6 months of use, it died. Before that point, it functioned fine, and was a good size for what we needed. Our use of the microwave was a single family in a residential home.
Currently going through the buyback process. It sounds like they send you a prorated amount for use (still have yet to know what that amount will be) but that means we'll have to pay more to get an equivalent item. Going on two weeks now and 3 attempts to contact before I got the buyback form.
Hopefully, we just got a dud, but I'm pretty unsatisfied with the experience so far.
