A bit disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with our house when we built it. Worked fine for a couple of years until it stopped heating. It’s no longer under warranty, so now I have to buy a new one to match the rest of our appliances. I hope this one lasts a little longer. Also, the plastic that covers the buttons bubbled up and made them unreadable. We actually don’t use it very often so I’m disappointed in the quality.

Poor Product

This microwave came with our new condo. I wish we had gotten 2 years from it. Only got one. The cost to repair it is too much. We have to replace it and because it it encased, we are forced to buy another one so as not to rip everything out. Our Frigidare refrigerator also had to be replaced after 1 1/2 years.

Disappointed

We built our home 1 1/2 yrs ago. Microwave and other Frigidaire appliances were chosen by the builder of our home, the appliances aren’t top of the line for the quality of kitchen we chose, microwave went out on Thanksgiving, while we were serving our guest. Thankfully we had our older microwave of more then 10 years, that got us through the holidays. The microwave isn’t three years old and there aren’t any children using the unit. Very disappointed in this product.

Does Not Last

Hello. I purchased a new home in December 2018. Within the first year my microwave was cracking and I was sent a gift card for another one. Now the new one is doing the exact same thing. The serial number is KG00780174 and the model number is FFMO1611LS. The microwave is no longer being sold now and I'm wondering if this is why. I dont understand how after being in a home for close to 4 years I would need 3 microwaves.

Defective

Worked for three months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mircowave came as package with the house. We never have owned Frigidaire products now I know why. Appliance worked well for three months, it turns on dosen't heat. Also replaced the Frigidaire oven lasted two months.

Worst built in microwave we have seen

Bought this microwave in July 2019 to replace a microwave we had replaced in 2017. Does not heat any more. The common complaint is that the magnetron has a problem, possibly overheating with usage of the accompanying oven. What is the point of have a built n microwave/oven combo if we cannot use both...

Went bad fast

With in the first week the microwave door was not opening properly and within a month the transformer was arcing in the side of the microwave. I just hope the other appliances hold up better than this.
