Works well, but dirty door!

This micro came with a home we purchased. It is installed in a cabinet over a built-in Frigidaire oven with a trim kit, and overall it is a very good product. The inside of the door, however, is spotted and stained. The previous owners told me the micro came with a piece of plastic film over the glass inside the door. They removed it, and from then on it has been impossible to clean the inside glass. I just can't stand looking at it! Is there someway to clean the glass? Can the door be replaced? If I have to replace the micro, I won't buy another one like this.

Is 2 years the life span?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been in our home a little more than 2 years and I had been really pleased with my upgraded frigidaire appliances until tonight. Warmed up a frozen bowl of soup. I heated the bowl for 3-10 minutes sessions and after the 3rd noticed food was colder. It quit heating. I let it cool and tried again hours later...still not heating. Is 2 years the life span of these? I'll rip out cabinets to avoid having to buy another if that's the case.

Cooks fast
