We purchased one of these microwaves for a client. Now they wants a 10-year microwave magnetron tube warranty. Can that be purchased is it offered? Does anyone know?

Bad quality

I used this new microwave for 3 years. I cooked for 10 minutes and it stopped hearing. Air is blowing but it does not heat. Not an hour or 30 minutes it took 10 minutes of continuous cooking to break. Such poor quality.

Horrible experience with this Company run the other way. They should be ashamed! Took them over two months to respond

Our second in 6 years died today. Ugh!

Our first one lasted almost 4 years and started sparking. We thought it had to be user error somehow because when would a brand new microwave die so quickly?! We replaced it with the same model. Today it also died at just 2 years old. Awful and annoying.

Lasted 3 months!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a new home in August of 2021. The microwave broke the day before Thanksgiving of 2021. It looks like it’s working, but doesn’t heat anything. We didn’t have any alternative but to go buy a small countertop model. When I tried to call for warranty service it was just endless holds.
