Stopped working after 2 years

We got this Microwave with our brand new home 2 years back and it stopped working a week ago. Technician said that we cant find the replacement parts and have to buy a new microwave. So came here to see if we can find the same model for replacement and found similar complaints/issues with this model which is very disappointing.

Stop working in 2 months and not finding anywhere

Just like a previous posts our new microwave lasted only one year and three months, and no longer heats. Was an installed package of Frigidare appliances for our new home. Very disappointing.

Serial number sticker placed inside microwave
