Exceptional Heating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit works great. The only thing we were misaing on this model was the ability to stop the plate from spinning. Gave it three stars due to the no spin option and that our unit died in the 12th month. Customer Service was excellent and we recieved a new unit. Solid entey level unit. No user replaceable parts.

Very unhappy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into my new home with frigidaire appliances and. In less than 2 years the microwave is not heating and making a loud noise. I have read similar reviews and this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Is there a recall? There should be. I registered all my appliance at the beginning and i can only pray my other frigidaire appliances dont follow suit . any suggestions?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our brand new house in March 2021 with new Frigidaire appliances. The microwave broke January 2022. Lights work, rotates, timer works, but it wont heat anything up. We also have a new baby, and theres no handle on door of microwave and its loud when you close the door(be nice if they had matching hardware with the oven). Also, there is no volume button, all the beeping is very annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The touch pad surface has bubbled in multiple areas and is somewhat unreadable. Rather disappointed in the quality. The problem began within a couple of months of minimal use.

too little light
