[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with our newly built home but I like the sensor cook feature on potatoes especially!! Popcorn cooks super quick in this also.
It’s much nicer having this built into the wall than over our stove as our previous one was.

1 Month Past the 1 Year Warranty

Really Enjoy the pre-set buttons!

We researched for a different brand/type, but didn't want to have to get a new kit, if necessary, to install. Decided to just re-order same microwave & have no regrets! I can really tell the difference on how well the new one is working. Heats up quickly!

Poor timer: odd controls

Microwave quit heating and making loud noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came in our newly built house in June 2019. 28 months later, it quit heating and is making loud noise. Is this normal? Out of Warranty of course!! Not very happy!

Poorly labeled buttons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the microwave except for one important problem: the cook time button says "cook timer". When trying to use a timer feature I ran the microwave for a minute or so before realizing the microwave was on with nothing on it. Then, when my parents were visiting, my mom couldn't figure out how to microwave her food because there was no "cook time" button. I explained that for some reason the button says "cook timer". Then, my dad was cooking for us and thought he was using the timer and ran the microwave for 25 minutes with nothing in it. So our brand new microwave is toast. All due to poor labeling by Frigidaire.
