Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item 5 months ago and suddenly it no longer works. We did not abuse it or use it in a manner that would have damaged it - only normal heating of coffee or whatever, etc. The door closes too loudly as well. Otherwise, it was fine. It just only worked 5 months then died.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this microwave and I’m happy with the power and how it heats food. I’m disappointed in the push button feature to open. It is very hard to push, especially with older hands. Also, the door is so loud when u close it. If I would of realized you had to push hard on a square piece on bottom, I would not have purchased. Also, the light inside is so dim and the buttons on the outside are very very small. Definitely not a good microwave for older folks like myself.
