[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave works as expected, however, it shows dirt and fingerprint smudges easily on the front surfaces (keypad as well as the metal parts) not a world-ender, but still requires cleaning almost daily.

Microwave With Power

There are several pre-programmed selections to choose from. It has proven to cook and heat very efficiently compared to past ovens I have owned. The interior is well lit and cleans easily.

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than a month after moving into our new build our microwave stopped working. Called the warranty department and it took them 3 weeks to bring us a new one. So we had to go buy a countertop one to get us through. Then, when they brought our new one, installed it just to find out that the latch is broken so we can't even open it. Its built in so we can't even open it manually. Very disappointed in this company right now. Who knows when they will bring another one.
