[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this microwave for 2 weeks and it stopped working all together out of nowhere. The only bright side is that Fridgidare was easy to work with to get it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this microwave about a couple of weeks ago. The same one that came with our newly built house just started making a wierd noise and stopped working. I read reviews about this microwave only lasting 2 years or so. Because we have a built in area for our microwave and limited to space, I decided to give the same microwave a try again. Frigidaire needs to make more models in similar size for more options. I hope the second holds out longer than 2 years.

DO NOT BUY!!

This Model Microwave came with the house we built and moved in February 2019. In December 2020 the Microwave went out, will not buy another one!!

Ephemeral and unreliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the same model from my builder 4 years back. It stopped worked exactly after 4 years and when I checked the repair cost is almost the same for a new one. Since I had the trim and other fittings used for the previous one, I was compelled to buy the same model again and decided to take the same risk again. I won't recommend this Microwave oven to anybody.

Useless Product - No support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave came with new house. Worked fine until the pitiful 1 year warranty expired. Cannot find any parts to fix, making it unrepairable. Only option is to buy a new one. How is Frigidaire even still selling this product? Now waiting for my other Frigidaire appliances to fail. Do not buy this microwave unless you are prepared to buy another very soon!

Not happy

Will not heat after 2 years

Came with a package with our new house 4/20/2020. Bought the whole matching set. Everything will work except it will not heat. Looks like alot of people are have the same issues with this unit.
