Stopped Heating After 1.5 Years

We built a brand new home and this microwave was installed on our wall. It has been less than 2 years and it has already stopped working. It won't heat but the buttons still work. We called and since it's out of warranty it's more expensive to have it fixed than it would be to buy a new microwave. I won't be re-buying this brand ever again. Cheaply made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has Issues Opening Door

This microwave was part of our appliance package in our new construction home built in March 2017. We have had issues from the beginning with the door not opening after we use it a few times and condensation builds in the appliance and around the door. Rather frustrating when you can't open the door to eat your hot food! :(

Broke again!

We purchased this microwave for our new kitchen and it broke within 3 years. We replaced it with the same item (because we has also purchased the matching fascia) and it broke in less than a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked less than 2 months

Came in our brand new mobile home and microwave lasted less than 2 months! Contacted Frigidaire for a replacement now.. we will see how well this goes.

Poor Micro

My old counter top micro, heats much better and quicker.
The start and stop buttons are so tiny, when they should be prominent.
The reheat button always over cooks.
There are no reminder beeps when the food has stopped cooking, or the timer has gone off.

The sensor reheat feature is designed to detect the increasing humidity released by the food during the cooking process. Your microwave oven sensor will automatically adjust the cooking time to the type and amount of food.

The food types to avoid using with the reheat feature are:

 Uncooked or raw foods
 Bread and other dry types of food such as crackers, biscuits, or cakes.
 Beverages or frozen foods.
 Frozen pizza

Best microwave I have ever owned

I expected something a little larger but after a few uses I was completely satisfied with the performance and in this case size did not matter. I really like the power of this unit. It's a little difficult to see the small buttons at night but other than that this is a great microwave!

Heating element doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with our brand new mobile home. The first one quit working after about two weeks. The manufacturer of the home replaced it and it only worked three days before the heating element went out in it.

Works great, when working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We built a new home and our builder installed Frigidaire appliances. This model of microwave had a complete failure after 3 months of use. The Frigidaire team worked with us and issued the warranty buy-back. We now have this model again but we remain concerned about the length of life we may get. Our confidence is low.
