[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave came in our new home. It is very basic and without a handle it is difficult to softly close the door. This isn't the microwave I would have chosen.

Like mentioned by some others this microwave stopped heating and was sparking. Like mentioned by at least one other owner at the two year mark it went bad and was installed in a new home in 2019. Faulty parts.

Very Unhappy

This built-in microwave came with our newly built home in March 2020. As of tonight (Thanksgiving night 2021), it has stopped heating. As I'm reading similar reviews of this microwave dying so quickly, I'm very disappointed. I'll be reaching out to customer service to see about a resolution. This is ridiculous.

2 years old, stopped heating food

I bought a brand new house in 2019. All of the appliances are Frigidaire. Last night I tried to make some popcorn and the microwave made a loud noise followed by some weird burning plastic smell. 4 min later the bag of popcorn was still the same as when I took it out of the box. Tried to melt some better next, didn’t work. I noticed others having this same issue. Not happy right now.
