I purchased this phone from my wireless carrier. One it will not connect to a pc and it is not comptible wiht Raspody! /The decription said it would, but after buying there are websites dedicated to this phone and trust me it will not comunicatee witha pc. other wise i have not had any other problems

Cons: Did not meet expectations, not pc compatible

This phone does not allow me to use my personal MP3 ring tone or any other MP3 file for my ring tone. That is a step 5 years back in technology. this is an important feature for me. The LG phone which was recommended to me allows MP3 ring tones. This is the only phone I've seen in the last 5 years which doesn't have this feature. I'd recommend looking at something else.

I Can't Believe Samsung Made This...

The Samsung Reality is the worst phone I have ever owned...It's currently sitting in front of me and I can't even get the screen to work. It just died on me, and occasionally decides to turn back on. I have owned for less then a year and seeing as how it is a touch screen phone, you would think that they would focus on keeping the screen somewhat reliable...but they don't! I would NEVER buy this phone again, and NEVER suggest it to anyone unless I disliked them and really wanted them to be disappointed, have them waste their money and an upgrade. This product also makes me somewhat weary to purchase other Samsung products because of how poorly this phone was designed and how easily it breaks. I believe hate is a strong word, but i can honestly say i hate this phone and wish it would have never been produced for the general public! Also, I love how Samsung put the comment labelled "In Love" on the main page for this phone...Trust me and Stay away from this phone!!!
Pros: none!
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, screen glitches, screen randomly decides not to work, goes off in your pocket, basically everything about the phone

The design and style is great. Just disappointed with the apps that I can use on it with using Verizon as a service provider. It is a great phone otherwise. Camera and display are great. Sound quality is very good.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, full keyboard
Cons: Did not meet expectations, apps availability from verizon
