I love this phone... it is 1,000 x's better than my old phone. The features are amazing, body style sleek, great for people with small hands.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Love the phone. Fits nicely in my pocket. Takes decent photos. It does what I need a phone to do. I do however miss my old blackberry when it comes to texting. When looking for a new phone I wanted a qwerty keyboard as the only phone I had ever text on was a Blackberry. I learned very quickly these phones with slide open flat keyboards are a long way off from a blackberry key board. I'm not a fast typer or texter and I'm to impatient to try to text on a numberpad. So I was a little disappointed when I started texting on this phone and it hasn't gotten much better with time. Other than that I do like it.

Too much for too little

The browser is weak and runs out of memory often even with my 16gb added memory. Can't set a font that is big enough for me without reading glasses and with the service company I have half the features that others have on other networks are not available or only with a buy everything as you go. I could have done better.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, have to pay for most features

What's Going On???

I have had my reality for 11 months and it has been a good phone. Recently, I purchased a NEW car with the Sync system in it and the bluetooth ability is NOT working with my phone. Phone powers OFF when my car try to pick it up. The calendar features are NOT good. I received a replacement and waiting on the 2nd. We will see... totally frustated and it is a bother to have to keep shipping/ switching phone back and forth. Verizon needs to take responsibility to there phone that are NOT living up to there expectations!!!
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, techonlogy/ update problems, calendar issues, bluetooth issues

Battery life is pretty good with this phone however it has a mind of its own. The screen saver changes back to default and it turns off when I delete text messages. It does not have a flash with the camera.
Pros: Bright display

it's an alright phone. not really durable. sometimes it resets itself, but other than that, it's fine.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: poor durability

Software FAILURE/ memory card malfuction

when i first bought this phone i loved it.... then i upgraded the software.... the software is glitched and they werent doing anything about it. The memory card malfunctions, so any ringtones, pictures, contacts or anything you have saved on ur memory card will "disappear" randomly. the 4 wallpaper screens reset to default constantly and my phone would not ring. you have to manually pop the memory card out and pop it back in. or save anything you want to USE onto the phone not the memory card alone.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy to use slide qwerty
Cons: screen broke after 2 months, software malfunction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
