Horrible have gone through 3...

I really am frustrated with this phone at this point. I've been through 3 of them and they all always have the same errors with them. They send me a new one and the errors are never solved.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This thing is the most frustrating phone I have ever used. Touchscreen response is horrible. When I've placed the phone face down, it dials people. You can't take it out of a pocket without pressing at least one button and turning something on.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Disappointing Design Flaw

The Reality seemed like a nice phone until I discovered an inexcusable design flaw that should be corrected with a software update immediately. You can set the phone to ring or vibrate individually for voice mail and incoming txt, but cannot do the same for incoming E Mail.
You are stuck with a loud BEEP whenever an email comes in, unless you set the entire system to vibrate.
If you receive a fair amount of EMAIL, you will be forced to keep this entire phone on Vibrate 24/7.
This is inexcusable for people using this phone for business.
Developers should know better than to omit something as simple as this, and Samsung should offer an update/patch immediately.

The WORST phone I have ever had!

I've never written a bad product review for anything before, but this phone is so abysmal I absolutely must!!
This is the worst phone I have *ever* owned. It CONSTANTLY dials, texts, and turns on and off by itself. I literally cannot have it turned on in my bag, even in a side pouch, because I have no idea what it will do. (That's convenient in a cell phone, right?)
In addition to the constant calling and texting, it also opens voice commands on its own, takes pictures, adjusts the ring style, and changes the background and clock features... all in my bag, without being touched. (But when *you* want to try to perform a function, good luck! The screen calibration is terrible -- it appears to be sensitive to everything except human hands.)
Plus, its "vibrate" feature is so quiet I can barely hear it -- that is, when it hasn't changed itself to audible ringing.
I have never, ever had this many issues with any other phone. PLEASE, PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THE REALITY!! YOU WILL THANK ME!

I have used this new phone since my old Samsung phone got an unexpected trip in my washing machine.
It is excellent. High quality screen, easy to read, slide out keyboard to boot. Very NIce!
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

I love my phone! It has everything I want. The only cons I have about it is the qwerty board is a bit hard to use (tiny buttons and the button placement makes it hard to Capitalize some letters).
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, multi-functioal

I like it, no problem yet. After having LG phones that are horrible this phone is a breath of fresh air. Because it works and doesn't need to be replaced 4 times.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: wish had some more apps
