I loved this phone at first but once I got past the first few months I started to have some issues with it. Had it about 6-7 months now, looking forward to getting an upgrade. Internet is sloooowwww, sometimes it doesn't keep my background pics so I'd have to go reset them, and the reception really isn't all that great. The buttons on the outside make it really easy to unlock the phone, dunno how many butt dials/ texts I have sent, haha. Touch screen is difficult to use. Can't wait to upgrade to the Fascinate. My dad has a Droid and now that I've played around with that, I don't think I'll ever go back to "dumb-phones" ever again!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, screen scratches easily

This phone has a sleek and stylish design with many useful features I don't know what I would do without the "favorites" app from the " touch wiz app center" by samsung. The only downside is in the sun you cannot see the screen and you constantly have to adjust the brightness.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: glare

It's an O.K. phone

The overall ease of use is extremely easy. However a problem i ran into was that the LCD screen was constantly getting filled with dust, so i have to constantly pop off the touch screen in order to clean it. Unfortunately the Digitizer became unplugged and now my phone is useless. I am able to make calls and send texts, but i am not able to turn off the alarm that i pre-set and i can not read incoming text messages. Also the fact that i had to buy a data pack for this phone was really stupid.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: badly sealed, too easily broken, not enough touch-screen seperate functions
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great phone for first time touch screen user like me. I have had it about a month now. Easy to use, can be a little sensitive and just this week, I am having trouble with the battery. I certainly hope this phone will last me as long as my Razor. I dropped that phone so many times, I was amazed it kept going for the 3+ years I had it.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: battery life?

If you're in the market for a phone packed with features straight out of the box,not to mention a sizeable list of capabilities the Reality is what you're looking for.One of the most impressive and unexpected things I love about this model is the very lengthy battery life on a relatively short charge time.I will charge it for about an hour and a half and use it frequently for 2 days straight easily without ever plugging it in.The Reality is a great phone and until this phone breaks by my own error or stolen I'll be sticking with this low cost gem for a good while.

Cons: small keys, quiet speaker

Finger issues

I love your phone but it seed to me that it was designed more for people with small fingers, unlike mine, because when i use my finger to type anything i always get like 3-4 random numbers.

I think the camera quality needs alot of work. It takes pretty poor pictures. It could also use more room for storing items without needing a memory card. I wouldn't get this phone again.

Replaces other phone

I got this phone because after being sent 5 faulty phones (not Samsung) I had enough and wanted something completely different to try. I seen this phone and requested to have this sent instead. Since having it I have not had near the amount of problems and software malfunctions as I did with the other phones. A couple of problems that are minor are your screensavers and wallpapers do not stay, they go back to default settings on its own. Another issue is sometimes when you hit view now on the texts it just closes it out and you have to go into your inbox to retrieve them and even when the draft box is empty it will sometimes say it is full. Other than those minor glitches the phone is completely usable and I love it.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, easy to use
Cons: minor glitches
I would recommend this to a friend!
