It's okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a few weeks ago and have the opportunity to use it. It's okay. There is a serious issue with the door, however. You have to depress the door handle a "certain way" before it will open. And sometimes it takes two or three tries to open the microwave door. On a positive note: product looks nice. Features are nice. Smooth running and quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best one I ever bought!!

Came across this one ,right size for my area and 900watts and in S/Steel.This unit is very quiet when running (I like that). We made a good choice when we bought this model. Very happy.

We called and were told it was not covered by the company we bought it from and would have to take it to a repairman to be fixed. The numbers are hard to read.

good little microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small but big enough for a large dinner plate or serving bowl.Works well; seems to heat faster than my old microwave that was 1200 watts! The door opening button is kind of a pain, and the beeps are pretty shrill. But overall a good buy and I'm satisfied with its performance.

A little disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The glass plate won't stay in the little "slots". It begins fine, but almost every time, by the time the microwave cuts off, the glass plate has come out of the "slots" and is sitting loosely on the glass support ring.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
