Our 3rd GE Dryer . . .

. . . in over more than 50 years. Every GE dryer we've had has been a winner and lasted for many, many years. We probably could have had our 2nd one serviced and repaired but after almost 20 years, we chose to replace it. I love this new one especially the light inside the dryer as our basement is somewhat dark. When I use the settings correctly, the clothes come out wrinkle free every time. I like it's large capacity too! When any one asks me what brand I'd recommend they buy, I always suggest General Electric!

Clothes come out perfect.

The clothes come out perfect on every cycle. At the laundromat, the dryers either did not dry an item fully OR dried it too much so the clothes came out and almost burnt your hands. Every load so far has come out warm and NOT scolding and thoroughly dry. Love it!

We've had this dryer for a week, it drys well, and has no problem with it's main feature. Though there are a few quirks that I don't enjoy, one being that the lint basket is in front of the door, and it makes a mess as you're pulling out your clothes sometimes. Also it rings three times about a minute apart, at the end of the cycle. Which wouldn't be too bad, IF it sounded like a dryer and not a smoke alarm. Though even with these small details, I still like the dryer, it works really well.
