I love this dryer. It dries more clothes in way less time that my old dryer. i.e. 45 mins. to 1 hr. verses 1.5 hrs for the old dryer. This saves me time and money.

From the start, this dryer emitted a loud squeak

Had to call a repairman for a brand new dryer. The repair was successful so far, but should NOT have been necessary form the start. Very disappointed with this situation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wife Wanted a Matching Dryer

I had purchased a new washer, but quickly found out my wife also wanted the matching dryer; well, we got both. I got this product because it matches a washer that has an agitator. I read so many reviews of the washers without an agitator and the miser water usage, and being of old school; you need sufficient water to wash cloths, I looked at the this dryer along with the agitator washer and decided agitator is better. As simple as that.
