I'm taking another chance .

I had this same model and the motor died after only three years use .I bought another one because it matched my washer and I kept all the controls and heating element out of the old one in case I need them when this one breaks down . BTW the motor was a GE made in America . My last dryer ( another brand ) lasted twenty years .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
