Not happy consumer

Have had 3 service call for Warranty Repairs within 8 months of purchase. 1st --- stopped working and would not turn on (replaced timer). 2nd --- stopped working and would not turn on (broken belt). Both 1st & 2nd within first 90 days. 3rd ---broke belt. Now is less than 1 year of purchase and making noise as tub turns. Appears ready to break another belt. Not satisfied that it take at least a week to schedule warranty repairs. I purchased a 1 year extended warranty just because of the concerns for future repair.

I like everything about the dryer except the filter. I find it too small even though I clean it after every load. I've had the dryer for a year with no repair issues needed.

I bought this dryer and it is so quite and the clothes dry on the first run. That is a great feature! You don't have to keep starting the dryer the way we use to with our old dryer.

We purchased this dryer to match the new GE washer we just bought. We bought both GE washer & dryer 26 years ago and we never had a single repair on either machine. Obviously, that's the best reason to buy GE again.

This dryer is great. Its simple and it works. I've had it for a few months now and done many many loads of laundry. The lint trap picks up most of the lint keeping my cloths clean. Can't beat it.

I loved the short dry times and large capacity. Unfortunately, two days ago it stopped working. Currently waiting on parts to see if I can fix it myself. Just past warranty. Of course!
