Stopped cooling after 7 months

Worked great at first, noticed the compressor started to get increasingly louder over the past few months, then woke up one morning to no water, no lights, and most importantly no cooling! The nice touch screen interface continues works fine and according to that there are no problems with the refrigerator. Only seven months after install date. Have a service visit scheduled for later this week...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for our needs

Easy to use; plenty of space for two-person household. Sounds are great for making sure you don't leave the doors open, knowing what features you're accessing. Freezer layout is perfect. If you don't use ice regularly it can freeze together and clog the ice maker dispenser. Small issue given how easy it is to get to and unclog.

We bought the refrigerator 5 months ago to use in our home we are moving to in July....we have had the repairman out 5 times for small problems but are a little surprised. We owned our last one for 12 years...never had a problem!

Limited to a counter depth this unit this is far easyer to store and arrange our food in.

6 months broken down twice already!

We have had the fridge for 6 months and it has broken down twice already. All of our food went in the trash both times. The first time it took 3 weeks to get the part so we had to be with out a fridge!

Poor reliability

Since Oct 2014 the unit has been unreliable. We are awaiting our 2nd service call for fan issues. When the fan malfunctions the unit shuts down. Only way to resolve temporarily is to shut off the breaker and then restart the unit. In addition, the ice maker is inadequate.
We have contacted Consumer Relations, who admittedly have been helpful and assisted us to obtain some reimbursement for lost products. But, overall, as we travel frequently, we worry constantly what we will find upon our return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the technology!

I wanted cafe doors, and love how I can see everything at a glance. Freezer is below which I open one tenth as many times as the fridge. The only drawback is no place to stand up wine bottles or beer bottles!
