Needed a counter depth refrigerator due to kitchen remodel. It is perfect for limited refrigerator space. Exterior has sleek updated look. Refrigerator interior is very roomy. Ice storage on door is a great space saver. Water & ice dispensers are wonderful! Freezer drawer is easy to use and holds far more than I expected. Warning signal if doors left open is a great feature.

Nose after firmware updae

the normal noise he ref was ok until the firmware was updated. It now is loud when the compressor is on low speed. The Tech confirmed the update does cause it to be louder. Does GE plan to come out with another update?

This is a beautiful refrigerator. Simple classic lines. We switched from a side by side to a bottom freezer and I'm happy we did. We mostly use the refrigerator space and I like having that all on the top half section more at eye level. We also switched from a full size to a cabinet depth and so happy we did. I don't feel like we lost size. We recently had a party and the ice maker kept up with the ice. I don't think we ever ran out. The only negatives is with the water and ice dispenser. After the water dispenses, a few drops come out and if you don't wipe it up it will spot easily and the ice dispenses a little messy.

Beautiful Appliance

Just received my refridgerator and love it. It is beautiful! The stainless steel brightens up my kitchen and the lines of the fridge are sleek. Love the counter depth, and was able to fit everything from my older larger fridge into this smaller one. Very smart design.

We replaced our 13 yr old GE Profile side by side refrig. after doing much research on various brands and models before buying another GE Profile counter depth french door model! So far love the counter depth in our kitchen (big improvement) love the lighting, the temp control drawers, the room inside both freezer and refrig .and the quality of the stainless steel exterior! Word from GE is that this model/serial number HAS BEEN improved by the manufacturer in 2015 regarding the noise level (I read previous reviews online about complaints of fan noise). I have not heard any noise!

Sleek Functional Design

This counter depth fridge was a great purchase. I was concerned that a counter depth refrigerator would be too small for our growing family, but not with this GE Profile Series model. Every inch is well thought out and functional, from the adjustable interior shelves, cooling drawer temperature control options, to the autofill sensor on in the door!
Highly recommend this refrigerator!
