Not very pleased

Product looks amazing. Door opening narrow. Makes all kinds of sounds, running water, cooling system burps, etc. Broke down ~5 weeks after delivery. I won't replace with like GE Profile refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good fridge, many of the inside parts are plastic

Good fridge but many of the inside compartments are plastic and require much care to use, ex. water filter is embedded with a plastic door that you have to be careful you don't break when opening. We have had three calls for service on this unit, only installed 3 months ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The water feature on the door is excellent.

I purchased the refrigerator 6 months ago and I am pleased with its performance. You can adjust shelves, it is quiet and the pull out draw in the freezer is a handy option. The fact the water dispenser provides you with the number of ounces dispersed is a handy feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Installed November 2014. Love this refrigerator. So much better than my old side by side! Auto refill, while a very nice feature, is finicky(If I wipe sensors this seems to fix problem). Make sure to hold glass very close to dispenser when dispensing ice, otherwise you will have ice all over.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have had several problems with the unit and continue too
Control panel replaced. Lost hundreds of dollars of food due to these problems
Reached the point we want a new one

Some Good Some not so Good!

We have had this product for about 4 months now. What we like is the room in the top portion. You can really store a lot of food on the shelves. Not so much on the sides of the doors. What we really don't like is the cold water supply is lacking. You get two glasses of water, about 12 oz. that are cold. After that you are out of luck. It also makes a lot of noise while running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
