Superb lighting

We bought this a couple of weeks ago. The bells and whistles of the water dispenser are fun, but what I love the most is how bright the lights inside the fridge are. I can see everything that's in there. I do wish the produce drawers were larger, our old GE side by side had much more produce space. That being said, the meat and cheese drawer being shallow and wide makes that space much easier to keep organized. The doors show every fingerprint, but are much easier to clean with no streaks leftover than our old stainless model. Overall, love the organization of the space as well as the bottom freezer.

GE Comes Through

We spent plenty of time in considering a replacement for our 15 year old GE side by side. All considerations, options, style, features, price, etc. led us back to this fridge. All great so far! Storage and features of both the refrigerator and freezer are great and upgrade to the prior counter depth GE it replaced. It is sleek and looks great in place. Show plenty of prints but all others we considered in stainless would do the same. Compared to other manufacturers this model had every feature in it's favor. Although it is just a few weeks, this was a great purchase and GE came through for us.

I have had trouble with the unit vibrating and rattling in a pattern that I have not been able to predict.

Nice fridge

This refrigerator was a warenty replacement. We had the same model but it was the larger of the two. We went with this one due to the fact it fit our cabinets so much better. The fridge started making a rubbing sound (like a fan blade hitting something). GE dispatched a tech. and he was able to resolve it. No sound yet. Would buy GE again.

Love my new range and refrigerator! My refrigerator is the GE profile counter depth with automatic fill feature on the door! Wow it's amazing!

The product is very new. The first thing I noticed is the capacity seems to be greater than
the product it replaced( GE profile product)

Speedy Fridge Replacement Saves Christmas Feast

We took possession of a new GE Profile refrigerator on Dec 22, 2014, to replace our older Profile, which stopped cooling just before Christmas. The new Profile was beautiful and fit into its enclosure perfectly, however it too did not cool. I frantically called the appliance store, and staff there arranged for a technician to come & inspect it. Technician diagnosed Profile as having a "system defect' & phoned this in. Store staff swung into action and arranged for replacement Profile to be shipped in & delivered to our house on Wednesday, the day before Christmas! My wife was thrilled because now she could cook our Christmas feast for our family gathering, and have a new GE Profile refrigerator to store the leftovers. Our sincere thanks to all who helped bring about a speedy replacement solution to our holiday crisis!
