Very dependable refrigerator

We have had this refrigerator for 5 years and could not be happier with it. The ice maker works great and the Keurig coffee maker saves room on the counter.

Keeps breaking. Freezes everything

Not happy at all with this unit. We have had it repaired twice this year, and it is once again broken. Food keeps freezing, resulting in a loss of almost everything….so frustrating.

Disappointed

The fan motor already went out. Did not know until I purchased it you can not add the ice maker in the freezer portion if you had the Keurig in the door. Ice maker does not keep up for just a family of three and if you don't give the ice maker it starts to freeze up.

Stay away from this fresh food freezer.

I liked the GE Profile Cafe French Door Refrig. until the food in the fresh food area kept freezing. We bought the frig. in 2016 and are going on our fourth fan replacement. It is aggravating at today's food prices to throw away fresh food that is frozen solid. Stay away from GE.

Poor product

Product is poor quantity and has been problematic over the course of ownership. There has been issues with: fridge doors, water dispenser, light, speed of water and temperature.
