Nice Counter Depth Refrigerator

Had installed in Nov., 2015 as part of a complete kitchen remodel. Our old model was a 25 cu. ft. side by side. The GE counter depth is a 22 cu. ft. french door. It has plenty of space! Love the interior LED lighting. Looks beautiful on the inside and the outside. It maintains freezer and refrigerator temperatures very well. Door alarm is a nice feature. Plenty of ice storage capacity. The stainless steel finish has been very easy to maintain.
Reasons for a 4 star and not a 5 star:
1. The freezer has one pull out shelf which is great. The rest of the storage consists of two deep storage bins which makes it very difficult to see what is in the bins without moving everything around.

2. The ice maker spews very tiny pieces of ice when activated - often dropping onto the floor.
3. The fans are somewhat noisy - noiser than our old model.
These issues are minor and I would definitely buy the refrigerator again.

Love the Auto Fill Feature

Stylish and sleek although sometimes loud. The 3 door GE Profile with water and ice dispenser is a great refrigerator for the price. Since I don't use ice regularly I have to flush it out monthly, and makes enough for my pleasure. If you use ice regularly you may want a bigger ice maker. Fits my urban living needs.

Like the interior of the refrigerator, but dropped a Tupperware container on the floor that bounced and hit the freezer door, denting it! :( So if plastic will dent it, not sure of the quality of the metal.

Finish acts as a mirror to weird effect

Because the left front French door curves over the display light causing objects to weirdly reflect over the display area. This part of the door needs to be flattened out. Also the black plastic cover at the top right corner that covers the wires on top does not lay flat as the clip fails to hold it down flush to the top of the refrigerator as it properly does on the left top side

Auto fill sucks

The water comes out really slow and the auto fill rarely works how it is supposed to. It either won't fill up or will only fill up a quarter of the way.

I love it also, However, I made the purchase decision based on the GE customer support, they are truly the very best in the world. Thank You again GE customer support. Bill

The loudest running refrigerator I ever owned. The thing seems to run constantly and makes a racquet all day. Sounds like compressor is stuck
