Too bad...

This is a decent monitor, especially in terms of size. Being larger, you push it back a little bit, so the distance to it is bigger than to a, let's say, 24" screen. It has 3 inputs, which is very nice, but, paradoxically, that's exactly what ruins the experience of using it. In order to switch from one source (input) to another you have to stretch in order to reach and push the buttons situated on the frame of the screen. THERE IS NO SOFTWARE OR HOT KEYS FOR SWITCHING SOURCES. I used over the years a couple of cheap, really cheap KVMs: even those were able to answer to a combination of keys, so you didn't have to leave your keyboard when switching sources. S32D850T is not the cheapest monitor around. It would've been too much, too expensive for Samsung to add a very useful and necessary feature like that? Or just nobody with Samsung thought about it? Too bad...
Pros: Bright display, 32"
Cons: very unconfortable source switching
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No better monitors

I have purchased several monitors from Samsung over the years. They've never disappointed me.
Pros: Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great viewing but the USB hub in this thing has a mind of its own. Somtimes it works and other times not so much.

Amazing full size display 2k res business monitor

Great colors good for photography Good size for the pixel density so at 2k@60hz you dont need to increase front size Good stand, fully articulated including portait mode. (wish it was a tiny bit taller though) Good brightness and glare reduction Good connectivity DVI/DP/HDMI Good screen quality, brightness, colors, no dead pixels I have one at work and one at home because I was so impressed.
Dont use the auto rotation feature (software) Dont use the auto brightness Dont use the PIP function Dont use the USB3.0 hub. Wish the stand was a little taller Wish they offered 120hz version of this model

I have already exchanged one display. There seems to be an issue with the sealing of the panels, because it looks like some kind of debris/dust gets behind the front panel over time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lasted for a few years, then, conveniently for Samsung, slowly broke down after the warranty expired. I wouldn't recommend it for professional use.
