[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator 6 months ago. It replaced a similar LG refrigerator. What we liked best besides the great price was the available space in thee refrigerator created by the location of the ice maker. The LG does not take up space in one of the doors, creating more storage space on the doors. This model has a window and a door on the right side main refrigerator door. Besides creating additional space for items, we use it to store our most frequently used items, milk cartons and gallons, mayo, ketchup, pickles, liquid butter. This feature eliminates the need to fully open the refrigerator allowing the temperature in the main refrigerator area to remain and not require additional power to raise the temperature to its normal.
This refrigerator was prices at at least $1000 less than the price of similar sized refrigerators, that had the ice maker in the door.
