I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FRIDGE!!

I did a great deal of research on many different brands of refrigerators and LG topped them all by a mile. I am so happy with this refrigerator -- it's beautiful, roomy, quiet and informative. The monitor controls on the side of the ice dispenser give me all the scoop on how it is operating at a glance. All I can say is the designer must have been a woman!! We have owned this appliance for 6 months and it has operated flawlessly. Kudos, LG, on a wonderful product.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT

My new LG refrigerator was delivered and after 2 days I kept finding water in my kitchen floor. The Ice Maker had a leak and was allowing the water to pool in my floor. I contacted HHGregg and they kindly replaced the fridge. I have had the 2nd refrigerator for only a few months and again I am having trouble with the Ice maker and the door. The door closes properly about half the time. It has condensation collecting on the bar that should guide the door to close properly and as a result of the condensation I now have mold also on the gaskets, and the Ice maker has ice forming inside that is not an ice cube. I contacted LG and they scheduled a repair person to come repair the product. The repairman has ordered parts and then it will be necessary to schedule another appointment for him to come back a 2nd time (which means another day off work) to get a refrigerator repaired that is only a few month old and was not an inexpensive product. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I feel this is a very poor design on the doors that will not close properly. My house has 2 adults living in it. What would it be like if I had small children that opened the doors? I had my first refigerator (another brand) for 30 years and never had a problem with it. What will this one be like at year one?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the overall look and design of this fridge. The ice make/water doesnt take up a whole lot of room, spacious, easy to get to everything. The slide in shelf is fantastic. I love the look of it. Wish it had the 3d shelf in the freezer like the 32 cb ft one had Over all I am happy with what I bought.

Our first experience with LG, so far I am very impressed. We took out our old appliances from 1993 and replaced them all with state of the art LG. They are beautiful stainless steel and I love the experience I've had learning to operate each one of them. Easy to use and work perfectly. Love this bottom drawer refrigerator! Yeah for LG!

I LOVE this refrigerator! It's the best investment I've ever made. It's quiet, easy to use, it's big and roomy. I wish they had these french door refrigerators when my kids were growing up. I highly recommend buying one of these! I just love LG products!

After only one year and 2 months the compressor went out. We lost a lot of food and have to pay for labor to repair the unit.

Excellent French-Door Refrig

We love the space, shelving flexibility, lighting, temperature uniformity, and water and ice dispensing. During preparation for a storm, plugged the unit into a true-sine-wave inverter & found it only drew 180 watts when cooling & 80 in standby -- incredible! When the kids and grandkids arrive, we finally have plenty of space. Our previous side by side was 28 yrs old and never a repair but this 4-month old LG has more than twice the refrig shelving, looks great, and is very quiet (can barely hear it running). Recommend to all!
