Excellent Design But So So Application

Excellent service since 2012 but have been noticing some flaws in durability of product that has started to show up with normal to light use. The plastic drawer slides break at the screw fastener points. There should have been support pegs when the slides were molded to fit into the drawer supports relieving pressure on the single screws that now hold it. This is where they break.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had this fridge for a few years now. It's roomy and I like having the freezer on the bottom. Only complaint is that the plastic runners of the produce drawers could be more sturdy. Several small pieces have broken off and I suspect at some point I will need to replace the drawers if they no longer have enough runner left to stay in the tracks

The freezer has a water build up that freezes as a sheet of ice at the bottom. The freezer door does not open all the way since the tracks are rusted. The food in the fridge freezes I guess from the freezer temperature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
