Quiet with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this unit installed yesterday and am already loving it. It is quiet, works great and is good looking. First GE appliance that I have ever bought. Now I would like to replace my stove with the matching model. Keep up the good work GE!

Love this microwave oven :)

I love the looks and power of this microwave oven. It is very quiet and cooks very well. It is also easy to operate.

Works ok, but one feature really annoys my

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this GE microwave to replace the GE that fried in the blizzard of 2013. I liked the first one ok. This one, like the first, has quick time choices - you press 1 for 1 minute, 2 for 2 minutes etc. It also has an "add 30 sec." button. On my other oven I could press 1 and then immediately add 30 seconds. Not on this one. You press 1, or 2 or whatever, and then you stand and wait for this seemingly endless delay before you are allowed to add 30 seconds. Very annoying in a busy, hurried environment. Maybe this would bother no one else, but for me, had I been able to try this device before I bought it and was thus aware of this ridiculousness, I would have bought something else. Shame we have to buy microwaves by appearance and descriptions only.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
