Steam feature fails

I have had two of these machines and one was replaced and when I called again they tell me they are no longer available So I pitched mine WHEN it worked it worked ok but it not WORKED more than work!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shark vac then steam

I bought the shark vac then steam years ago and I’ve lived it so much. I decided to buy a new one and am very disappointed that they discontinued this model. I wish I had bought 2 if I’d have known they would stop making them. I ended up having to order from another company and am very disappointed. Too bad they stopped making this model.
I would recommend this to a friend!
