Great refrig.

The 2 freezer drawers are great. It's so easy to see what's in them. The only complaint so far is the support bars on the refrigerator shelves. They are too far toward the front, making getting taller things onto some of the shelves impossible. They need to be at least midway back if possible. Love the alarm, too.

Excellent refrigerator. Only downfall is the small ice maker. The capacity is small so we store extra ice in the top freezer drawer. Also the ice maker dispenser drops extra ice shavings that sometimes get on the floor.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

I love this fridge! The only down side I have found is that the water comes out at a trickle from the water dispenser.

This is an outstanding product. The only drawback is the small ice storage. Other than that it is exceptional. The storage drawers keep their contents at just the correct temp. Glad we bought this model.

We've owned our LG LMX28988ST for about 2-weeks and are very happy with our purchase. Very nice looking Stainless Steel styling, Extra-Large 27.5/28 cu. ft. capacity, Tall in-door Slim SpacePlus™ Ice/Water system with new/smaller 6-month Filter, convenient Double Freezer drawers, 2 gallon Adjustable Door bins, 10 years Linear Compressor, Multi-air Flow cooling.
Very nice product!

OK, but expected more

- - I bought the unit as I very much like the 2 drawer freezer. It’s proven to be great as we leave the most often used items in the top drawer and the less used items in the bottom drawer
- I also Like the bright interior
- Do not like the fridge bottom drawer configuration, often have to open both exterior doors to access interior drawers. This is annoying as the design should allow for most of the drawers to be opened when only one exterior door is opened.
- I believe there is a manufacturing defect in the product. My top left hand exterior door has "dimples" where the stainless steel is puckered in. It looks like someone dinged the door from the outside but we had two new doors sent and they both had the same problem. I believe the insulation in the door cools down after injected and creates a vacuum which creates the defect.

I love this fridge for the fact that it has 2 freezer drawers and the wide refrigerator shelves. The only thing that really bugs me is the water delivery system. Whenever we have guests, I have to lock it because the water ends up spilling all over the floor- it doesn't come out at the place people expect it to (they hold the glass in the wrong place). Frustrating!

My wife and I shopped around for weeks too all the competiors looking for a french door bottomfreezer refrigerator ,they all didn't have any selection or good prices to offer so we kept looking and found what we wanted with LG. This model has everything we wanted in the fridge that was replacing our 28 year old fridge that finally died of old age. So far we love it ! If you can afford it this will be worth every penny.
