excellent range; expensive but worth it

Only had the range for two weeks; very pleased with it so far. Quality and weight makes it feel like a commercial unit. Hopefully it will be reliable in the long run. Nice features but I assume most upper tier ranges have similar features.

great looking stove

The stove is beautiful, but the center oval burner will not work correctly, very poor engineering, wish the was an aftermarket fix.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this stove! Not only is is gorgeous and sturdily constructed, but it works better than any home stove I have ever used. The oven is accurate and even. I love the enameled interior; in our damp climate my previous stove rusted through the oven pan! The power burners are more powerful then I expected. It's even easy to clean. The angels sing when I use it. The only way to go up from here (and I really wouldn't want to replace it at all!) would be to get professional chef's equipment (and even then I'm not sure it would be an improvement.) My only suggestions for improvements would be to up the btu's on the oval burner and the broiler.

What a Great stove

I searched for almost a year for just the right stove at the right price and found it! The five different size burners are a dream to cook on. The full coverage of the grates makes it a breeze to move full pots from one side to another. I used the middle burner to smoke fish indoors, was to die for. The lovely blue oven interior is heads above the dark grey look. It heats evenly and keeps the heat inside the oven. No leaking to overheat the kitchen. Love the extra drawer storage for all those peskey pot lids. The whole unit is easy to wipe clean. The black top doesn't streak, wish I could say the same about my refrigerator.

Free Standing Gas Range!

This gas range is great... it has a large oven which heats up great so far, The 5 burners are great too as each one has there own use/intensity of flame although that could also work against you if you need to boil liquids faster on more than just one burner. Other than that it looks great and was very easy to set up.

excellent design and function, user friendly and a pleasure to cook with, only problem with the range are the knobs that tend to break as they have plastic sleeves instead of metal ones

Great features except no handle to open drawer.

I really like my new stove except for one feature it is lacking - a handle to open the bottom drawer. There is a groove on the top of the drawer, but if you have arthritis in your hands as I do, it is very difficult to open. The groove isn't very deep. I have to grab the sides of the drawer to pull it open.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, not arthritis ffiendly

cakes, all kinds, do well in/on this range. The grill pan is the best. We've had this stove for about two months. So far, so good. Cleans easy, looks great.
