Great Refrigerator Overall

Here are the features my wife and I enjoyed: the stainless model we got has a nice clean look, the wheels make it easy to push and pull into place especially having the water line attached for ice and water, the French door design really makes sense so everything is pretty much at eye level, the bottom freezer has plenty of space both in the top drawer and even little compartments for smaller items, the lighting inside makes everything visible with no shadows, the door compartments easily fit gallon sized items and all your condiments including cans, the slim ice maker giving you door storage without sacrificing space, the pullout vegetable and deli drawers are super smooth and convenient with the glass above making the contents visible without having to pull them out to tell, adjustable shelves give you 3 levels of storage, the doors are light enough to open with one finger, the ice maker works frequently so you don’t run out, the water dispenser has a big button and gives you space to fill a big pitcher on the pull out shelf, the door alarm is nice if you forget to close the doors all the way, the filter for the water is tucked away in the top so no storage is compromised, and it runs quietly and infrequently. Some minor things we did not like: to allow the doors to open properly you should always open the right door before the left due to the middle attachment, when closing you should close the left door before the right, as anyone with stainless appliances knows it can be very hard to keep clean with fingerprints and smudges, the water dispenser has a pretty weak flow for filling even small cups, the ice can get jammed from time to time forcing you to break it up manually when it freezes up, and unless you can try different configurations with the shelves you have to lay 2 liters and wine bottles flat. Overall we are very satisfied with this appliance and would recommend to anyone looking for a French door style refrigerator. Everything is easy to get to, lighting is very bright, plenty of storage, great pull out drawers, the convenience of ice and water with separate buttons, and it runs very quiet.

Everything you need in a Fridge

I've had this fridge for over 2 years and it's been perfect. It had everything I was looking for when I purchased it and it still fits my family perfect. It's a definite buy!

After a year of owning the french door refrigerator, I can honestly say I am very pleased. The convenience of having more room is wonderful. I don't think I'll ever go back to a side by side again.
We've had no problems with our product. We love the bottom freezer feature. It fulfills our every expectation.

Lot of space

Overall this product is okey. Problem with the ice machine once in a while. Getting stuck. Have to reset or making adjustment on the ice molding. Also the bottom freezer won't seal sometimes.

It Does its job

The main complaint we have is that the door magnetic part quit working. It does not shut on its own anymore. Thank God for the door alarm. If we didn't have that our food would spoil. We have to always check to make sure the door shuts all the way even shutting the freezer will make the refrigerator door pop open. Also the motor seems a bit loud at times and seems to run a lot. The Ice maker does work. We do notice though that it is very slow to fill and the Ice plus either doesn't work effectively or even after 4 years we still can't figure out how to use that part correctly. Either way that is frustrating! It is a pain to keep the outside clean especially with kids!

It is not cooling for the 3rd time in 4 years

When we first got this we thought it would run as good as it looks, unfortunately this has not been the case. I don't know what keeps happening but, after the 1st year it has had this same issue twice and now a third time. I will never buy another product from this brand again.

The icemaker didn't last a year and now after 4 years the electronic display panel is fried. Oh and now it's freezing inside the fridge!Great! I'll stick to more reputable brands in the future.

Ice Bank is brilliant idea. Execution is not.

Continuous problems with ice bank not dispensing ice. Have to manually unjam ice bucket more than once daily. Have set ref temp to minimum and freezer temp to minimum, but problem persists. Also,, wife hates freezer- - no way to organize contents.just a jumble of stuff you constantly have to sort through. Meat keeper should be split into 2 drawers , so you don't have to open both doors to get to content. Open doors letting in room heat probably contribute to ice bank problems.
