Good value for money

Although we bought it and then left it alone for over a year when we went overseas, it still impresses with it's picture and ease of use.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

GREAT TV-POOR AUDIO

THE TV WORKS GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE TINNY AUDIO. RIGHT NOW I AM SENDING THE AUDIO TO BOOKSELF SPEAKERS. THIS HELPS EXCEPT THAT MY WIFE GETS UPSET WHEN SHE HAS TO USE MORE THAN ONE REMOTE. I CHECKED THE SAMSUNG HTD550 HOME THEATRE SYSTEM BUT IT HAS A BLU-RAY DVD PLAYER WITH IT. I ALREADY PURCHASED A SAMSUNG BDC 6900 PLAYER WITH MY TV SO I DON'T NEED ANOTHER ONE.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: poor audio
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have four issues with this TV.
1. While ARC works with my ONKYO HT-S9300THX it is clunky. If I have other HDMI devices plugged into the receiver ARC will not detect the receiver. (This may be the fault of the receiver.)
2. The majority of Samsung Apps are poor and it seems that they are rushed into service without proper testing. Netflix for example has been a complete pain, it streams media great but the menu is the worst I have ever used. And the Pandora App's volume control does not work at all with my receiver through ARC. Completely unacceptable.
3. The so called local area dimming is atrocious and very noticeable with dark scenes. Though with most content it is not that noticeable.
4. Finally the remote, I will say GOD AWEFUL and leave it at that.
In conclusion this is a mediocre TV at best, but the overall physical design is amazing one of the thinnest TV's out there.

Great 55 inch 3D TV.

This may be the best TV i have ever owned. I use alot of apps and use MLB.TV almost every night streaming baseball to them. I also have a 40 inch 7000 and i could not be happier.

I had very high expectations when purchasing this TV. And Samsung has exceeding them all. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made on electronics!

Great tv, but has screen shaking issues too often. Too expensive for this type of issue. It seems to be getting worse as the tv gets older. Otherwise, a great product.
