I have owned this tv for three months now and I have zero complaints. The picture quality is superb. For the price, you cannot get anything better in its class. I bought this plasma because I hate motion blur. You will pay a lot more for a tv that will eliminate motion blur if its an LCD. It took me a long time to pick out a TV that would fit my budget and this has not disappointed.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, minimum motion blur

Love every detail of this TV, from the picture, the sound, and performance. You name it, this TV has everything you could want and more. Easy to set up, user friendly, easily HDMI connected to my VIP722 DVR and Roku Player. Absolutely love it! Casing is Beautiful!

I bought this TV for the bedroom to replace an old CRT. I have a 50" 1080 Plasma downstairs which I love. The 42" is 720 but hooked up to an HD box and the picture is excellent once dialed in. The sound from the speakers is actually quite good and all I need for the bedroom. Samsung offers a lot of adjustability on this set for fine tuning. Great TV for a bedroom at a very good price, this set looked better to me than the competition from Panasonic and LG. This set is a great value, just wish they made a 42" 1080 plasma.

I was reluctant to purchase a plasma but what a great deal!!! And I am glad that I did. I love this TV... Couldn't be happier with this product.

This is an awesome t.v. It has one of the best picture quality's in a t.v. I have ever seen I have it hooked to my Directv DVR and the picture quality is tremendous. Watching the game or a Blu Ray on my player the picture quality and TruSound is AWESOME!!! Samsung has got it when it comes to technology at a great prices!

This is our first HDTV and overall I'm pretty satisfied. We sit about 12 ft away from the TV, and the picture from our U-Verse and my Xbox is crystal clear and the colors really pop out and it's really nice. I noticed that this webpage says that this TV is 720p, but right now I've got 1080i feeds displaying (it says so in the upper left box.)
Although one thing I don't like ( I didn't deduct a star because it's not a big deal) is that sound coming out of the 3.5mm jack is not controllable by the remote. Our old SDTV did this, and I'm sad to see it go. I use aux. speakers because the built-in speakers are (I feel are) tinny and lacking bass.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
