I am thrilled with the quality of this TV for the price (MSRP and the sale price at which I purchased). Side by side with 40" Sony Bravia, the picture is at least as good across modes. Contrast is fantastic.
My only complaint is that 5.1 surround only channels through the TV output for antennae signal, so I had to buy a switch to handle multiple optical audio feeds into my receiver.
It is also a bit difficult getting to the rear-panel inputs/outputs with a wall mount bracket attached, but that is probably true of any 40" flat screen.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color

What a great TV.

Great picture right out of the box. Using high-end HDMI from Satellite receiver to TV. Everything is so vivid and real. Scanning for OTA DTV channels was a breeze and even a better picture than satellite. Don't pass up on this deal. Design goes great with any application. Kudos to Samsung!

This HDTV is amazing. super clear. i love the auto motion plus and its the perfect size for my living room. The channel function works smoother and faster than my last TV which was a Sony. you can never go wrong with Samsung.

Great picture. The controls are easy. Sound is ok. I use a home theater 5.1 surround sound that realy makes watching this TV a pleasure

Great Picture! The Best out there

Great HD Picture! The Best out there...has all the bells and whistles. Easy to set up, Easy to use remote. top of the line Samsung.
I am now going to hook up to internet via wifi. Everyone that sees has to comment on the picture. Works great thru old or new fomats. No Glare even in direct sunlihght. Built in Speaker work great! I have it hooked up thru my Kenwood theatre sound system.
