I bought this tv in August and couldn't be happier. The colors are amazing. Set up was a breeze. Don't know why I waited this long to replace my old tv.

After a thorough search of HD TV' I purchased a LCD32 for the bedroom, in July 2010.. after using it for 2 weeks, I was so impressed and satisfied that I purchased a 42LD520 for the Living Room. LG is truly "Living Good"

First LG LCD purchase

Moved into an apartment in early June and needed a new TV. Based on the salesperson's recommendation, budget and price, I chose the 42LD520. I have not been disappointed. With the assistance of the online community, I have been able to adjust the picture settings to my liking and have enjoyed many hours of TV viewing.

love new tv

I have only 1 issue with my new tv. Every now and then, the lights on my screen fade to dark just the smallest bit! It only happens about once a month but it is so noticeable when it does happen. I am going to call about it the next time it happens. Other than that, we love it. The picture is sharp, and wherever you are in my living room, the picture it fantastic! It was a challange to get the HD service and all of the equiptment that we needed to start things out, but WELL WORTH IT!Thank you LG for making such great products. I also have now (and have had many in the past}. LG phones and find them to be high quality also!

One month old and is great in all respects. Upgraded from a projection tv and the difference is absolute. Never owned an LG product before but so far, I'm a beleiver.

Excellent Picture

First time consumer of HD television and both my wife and I are amazed at the picture quality. Even B&W movie classics seem to come alive on the screen.
We have several other older non-HD sets in the house and as they go out, we will replace with an LG HD television product.
