Great Refriferator

I bought this fridge in mid November and have been happy with it. I did have an issue with the flex-zone not always closing, but contacted Samsung and it was fixed with new rails under warranty. The freezer space is well utilized and we do like the flex zone drawer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It looks great. The only stainless is the front doors. Sides are coated steel. interior is huge. It is noisy when the compressor is running. Makes a loud noise when the ice drops even with ice in the bin. the middle door does not close properly all the time. Sometimes you have to lift the handle to get it to close properly other times you don't. Don't know how long the plastic on the drawers will hold up.
Pros: good value, keeps to tempurature, plenty of freezer space
Cons: noisy, middle draw can be a problem

We love this refrigerator. It has all the space and features we need. We don't ever seem to lack space. Originally we were thinking about just buying a used refrigerator. I wasn't thrilled about paying a whole lot, but we lucked out and got this one for a really good deal. It pays to shop around! Even if we had the full value in our budget, this would still be a great purchase for the price.

Wonderful refrigerator

I love my new refrigerator. I love the french door on the refrigerator, the adjustable temperature controlled refrigerator drawer, and the freezer on the bottom. I love that the water filter has an indicator to let you know when it needs to be replaced and that it is easily accessible inside the refrigerator between the big crisper drawers. The freezer compartment has sliding drawer to organize your frozen foods for easy access. This is a big refrigerator so make sure you have enough room to fit it. We had to do some remodeling to get the fridge to fit in our kitchen. The twin cooling system works really well to keep the temperatures right while staying energy efficient. We have plenty of room for anything we want in the fridge. Installation instructions say to leave at least 2" above, behind, and sides to keep the cooling system energy efficient. The fridge has ice and water dispenser in the door. The lights are LED and they are bright so you can see in the fridge with no problem. Best of all, we got it on sale about 40% off, and we added the 5 year service plan. This is a wonderful, beautiful refrigerator, and the whole family loves it. We choose it get the stainless steel because the black model would take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver because of back orders. The stainless steel seems to show hand and finger prints more than the black model, but it is still a great buy.
Pros: roomy, bright lights inside, easy accessiblty

I am so happy that I picked this refrigerator. I shopped for months and was afraid that I would not use the middle drawer. I could not have been more wrong. This unit is so well designed that it actually makes me more organized. It is clean and quiet.

Overall we are in love with this refrigerator. A few irritating bad points are: Middle drawer divider ( It is very versatile for setting up storage areas, however, they will not lock into place and slide all over the place).
Door closure (Good to have the open door alarm as if you are like us the many years we owned refrigerators the doors self closed this refrigerator does not, and already a few times my hard of hearing wife has left the door ajar and hasn't realized it). Other than that we love it.d has'
