We are so happy to have found this refrigerator with the extra drawer. My husband is disabled, and it's hard for him to stand on crutches and open the doors on the refrigerator and balance himself. The extra drawer is perfect for him to reach without opening the other doors. Thank you Samsung

Best refrigerator ever

Just replaced my old Whirlpool with the new Samsung French Door refrigerator. What a great decision. Not the most inexpensive refrig. on the market however you get what you pay for particularly with this model.
After installation it was no time at all that the refrig. and freezer sections dropped to their appropriate temperatures.
The lighting is simply outstanding. The many features and options allow you to store anything in its proper place. Great job Samsung.
