I looked at quite a few refrigerators and read the reviews before selecting this refrigerator, and have not been disappointed.
The space in the fridge is amazing & the lighting ideal. The drawer is ideal for maintaining beverages at a perfect temperature.Both the center drawer and freezer are adjustable and designed to close automatically. We especially enjoy the light that comes on automatically when using the ice/water dispenser. The refrigerating motors are extremely quiet.

Our minor complaint is the noise generated when refilling the ice dispenser.
In all, we are extremely happly with our purchase & would recommend this product to anyone!

I came off a bad experience with my previous Samsung refrigerator. It had a bad icemaker and leaked from the back wall. It was a lemon and made me question the quality of Samsung. Turns out that the replacement fridge has restored my trust in the brand.
I like the four door feature although you do lose a bit of storage in top refrigerator area because of it. The placement of the shelves is somewhat limited because of the icemaker and lost space but it is adequate.
I nearly fell down when I opened the icemaker bin and saw it full. I never saw that with the other one and this one does it right. The dual levers, one water and one ice, make it easier to fill a glass and I don't usually have one cube "for the floor" like the previous unit. The water nozzle is pointed slightly toward the unit which stops it from splashing off the ice cubes in the glass, good idea.
I am, so far, very pleased with the new fridge and do recommend it to everyone.

I have owned 7 other refridgerators so far & this one is by far my favorite. The convenience of the extra drawer, the space inside the fridge, the deep freezer all add up to a great product. Love it, love it, love it. I actually recommended this fridge to my daughter & she went out & bought one :)

Great design with just one exception. Even with the fold up shelf, there doesn't seem to be enough room for taller items.

i like the frig but it is expensive..i wish the middle drawer would stay open. it is hard to load drinks with it always shutting

Just purchased this frig. so far so good. I will rate this frig later after I have had it awhile. The design is awsome. Easy to store items and use. So far very satisified.

Great fridge, just wish they could "tweak" a few things

I've only had this fridge for about 2 weeks now, but I do love it. The vegetable bins are huge, as is the general fridge storage area, the doors and drawers operate quietly and effortlessly and it looks sleek and modern. I love how the light turns on automatically in the ice/water dispenser when you insert a glass. There are a few things with this fridge that could use some tweaking to really make it close to perfect, so I would like to make some suggestions to the designers/engineers of this fridge, as I'm sure they're already working on the next update of this model:
1) It would be great to have some sort of locking device for the the metal divider in the flex-zone drawer. I find that the bars tend to move and the products you have stored in there shift forward and backwards as the drawer is manipulated. Maybe a screw cap under the white knob that is used to adjust the bars back-and-forth and side-to-side?
2) The ability to pull the flex-zone drawer out a bit farther (maybe 6 or 8 inches?) would be great as you can't always see what's in the back of the drawer even with it fully extended (You have to sometimes open one or both of the french doors above to get small items that may have made their way to the back of the drawer).
3) A small drainage system tray underneath the water/ice dispensing area that would allow stray ice cubes or water to be caught and allowed to be recycled back into the system or filtered out. The solid tray and cover that are now provided are relatively useless and do nothing to stop stray ice from landing on the floor.
4) The ice maker is a bit loud when producing a large quantity of cubes (like at initial set-up), but I don't know if much could be done to quiet it or not...

I do love the flip-up shelf and the "quick-space" glass shelf, but miss not having a small dairy compartment (I use one of the veg bins instead since they are so big). I don't really use the slide-out shelves (never used them in the last fridge I had either). The best part is having the refrigerator positioned at waist-level and up - so convenient! This really is a well-though-out appliance with something to meet everyone's needs!

I love the design, the roominess, the quiet running, the lights.
The crushed ice is rather messy.. Will just use cubed..The water usually drips a couple of times after you remove the glass..I have only had the refrigerator a few days, so am hoping it will adjust when all the air is out of the fill tubes.. all in all I give it a 99.9
